Rebranding and Renaming to EveryGame

When a casino makes the decision to rebrand itself by changing its name, you know that this is a big and important change. On June 1st, 2012, Intertops rebranded their poker network from the Cake Poker Network to Revolution Gaming Network and celebrated it with a $1,000 Poker Revolution Freeroll Tournament for their players. For Rakeback players, they also increased the Rakeback deal from 33% to 36%.

By the end of the year, everyone will be talking about “EveryGame“. The new rebranded Intertops online gaming system with just about every game you can imagine. You can still bet on all the sports, play poker, and enjoy Live Dealer games, Slots, Blackjack, Roulette, Video Poker, Baccarat, card games, and all the rest. Only the name has been changed to better reflect on all the available top gambling options you have come to know, respect, and trust since 1996.

The 2021 name change was offered as a solution to the ever-evolving regulations for online casinos. Specifically, players from Germany will longer be accepted due to changes in their country’s legislation. . From a player perspective, everything else is supposed to remain basically the same. Besides the name change, the only difference at this point is the elimination of a software download in the Classic Casino.

But this name change will not affect the quality of games and support you can continue to receive. This recent rebranding of Intertops to EveryGame is also sure to usher in even more exciting changes ahead.

Name Change Impact

What makes this change so important is that a new name signals a new direction. But with this new name, you will not lose anything. You expect lots of new bonuses, promotions, and games. There are some questions about the merits and logic of such a major move. But, only ‘time well tell’ if this is a good move that increases awareness and recognition, or one that merely ‘flushes it down the drain’.

I personally have very mixed views. I do believe that this shakeup will at the onset drive new attention to a brand that may have seemed to become a little stale. I know that the new casino games in the poker section are much more vital, fresh, and varied than the typical RTG and WGS games in the Red and Classic casinos. I think that this remake will help to shed light upon the poker games section and in so doing, raise the overall activity and popularity of the poker network.

Player and Industry Reviews of EveryGame

It’s always a good idea to ‘check out’ any new website before sending them money. In addition to my own review of the EveryGame gambling products, I have reviewed what their players say about them and what others have said about them. With the plethora of information available on the internet, this is often a matter of ‘reading between the lines” to decipher the real issues behind all these comments and opinions

Player Reviews

Reddit: When you usually want to find a good spot to find ‘honest’ reviews and comments about a gambling site’s operations, you should make a visit to Reddit. But there are only 24 members in the 2-year-old Intertops subreddit and the last post was 1 month ago. So, there was nothing much of interest there.

I also just created a new unofficial subreddit called “EveryGame Casino” where I hope players and others will visit often to find out about new specials and additional changes to this rebranded favorite.

Twitter: Since EveryGame (Intertops) has an official Twitter account, this could be a safe venue for players to criticize their bonuses or experience. But no one has made any recent complaints or positive reviews. Their tweets are also mostly about sports betting events.

Trust Pilot: The Trust Pilot website is supposed to be an open space for players to rate their experiences. However, it is easy for the ratings to be skewed by ‘fake’ positive reviews and the tendency to attract ‘complainers’ hoping to ‘score’ freebies. Since there is no mechanism for responding to any of the posts, no one can dispute any claims made. A low number of reviews (34) for EveryGame (Intertops) shows a rough proportion of 3 bad to every good/average rating. Clearly, the predominant issue is with bonuses. The second most problem cited was the issue of verifying your ID before a withdrawal is received. Both of these problems are common to all online casinos and are usually the player’s fault for not reading or understanding the all-important bonus terms.

Know the rules

This ‘beware of Interop’s” post is a good example of why you should be aware of what you want to do before you actually do it. Here, the player clearly stated he did not know that there was a daily betting limit for new players ‘until’ after he deposited. The casino also informed him that there is a 1x RO requirement for all deposits. He was offered a no-wagering withdrawal option, but with a 10% processing fee. These are typical casino clauses meant to deter money laundering activities. Unfortunately for this player, these are responsible measures that you can expect at any reputable casino.

PS: Betting limits can also be increased by verifying your ID with documentation and by contacting support.

The Rest of the Story

We are all in a hurry and sometimes we do not finish what we started. We skim through headings and excepts without actually reading or comprehending the entire message. One particular gripe that I have stated many times (with Trust Pilot, for example) is the inability to follow up on a rating or to ask questions.

In the following post except, a question about the legitimacy of a withdrawal delay was raised. Luckily, this poster came back and was able to edit his remark to say that the withdrawal was now possible.

Had the player not had the opportunity or the time to update his post, you would have been left with the impression that EveryGame did not pay out winnings.

Casino Reviewers

Online casino review sites are created by casino affiliates that receive compensation when players follow their reviews and go on to play at the actual casino websites. As with online casinos, there are good ones and bad ones.

Casino Miscreants: I reviewed 19 reputable review sites on my ‘casino miscreants’ list to get a sense of EveryGame’s (Intertop’s) trustworthiness.

Blacklists: EveryGame (Intertops) were not blacklisted or considered rogue on any of the casino review sites. Indeed, they were mentioned on their pages as ‘Highest Community Rated Online Casinos’, ‘Recommended Casinos’ (2), and ‘Trusted’. With over 20 years of operation, that is a great measure of their reputation.

Industry Sites: The online casino review sites also congregate at two top online casino industry forums where opinions and comments can get quite vitriolic. This is where industry professionals go to get information and tips on hundreds of casino programs. EveryGame has an official representation on both sites and is a valued casino partner with no visible signs of discord.

Changes and Growth

Changes: EveryGame was actually started in 1983 in London with a UK Bookmakers License. The internet first became available to the public in 1991. In 1992 Intertops relocated to Austria. But it wasn’t until 1996 that Intertops reportedly took the world’s first online bet. The next year, the online business moved to Antiqua while the sports betting stayed in Austria. In 1998, they were one of the first online casino sites offering Microgaming games. Then in 2001, they went mobile! More betting opportunities also came online in 2003 with the addition of poker. Oh, what a world!

Growth: While Alexa rankings do have their foibles, Intertop’s worldwide site ranking has increased during the past 90 days. While they do accept players from around the world, their market is primarily the USA and Canada.

So change and growth is a natural part of Intertop’s legacy and is sure to continue for a very long time.

Important EveryGame Details

They say the “devil is in the details”. So it would be wise to at least browse through these areas to avoid any unpleasant surprises. Deposits are usually easy and very simple. But when making a withdrawal is it wise to check out any potential costs and the speed at which you can expect to receive your winnings.

The Quality of the Player Experience at EveryGame

The ultimate player experience derives from a combination of numerous factors such as ease of registration & login, navigation, site speed, security, safety, licensing, responsible gambling, clarity of terms, variety & quality of gaming options and so much more. So let me give you some details on those issues.

Registration and Login: The registration and subsequent login processes are fast and intuitively simple. But we understand that first-time players may like a ‘heads up on what to expect and what information is required. Our ‘how to register‘ post shows all the steps in the process. But in general, only standard information like your name, address, email, and phone number are required. You must also create a user name and password of your choosing.

Navigation: EveryGame is divided into 4 different categories, but there is no common navigation system between the 4 product areas. It is a matter of either too much or too little. The home page does all 4 areas listed, but it also includes ‘live betting’ which is actually a part of the sportsbook (too much). The major product categories have a severe problem with ‘too little’ navigation. As a result, it is quite easy for players to ‘get lost‘ and confused on the website.

  • Home Page Link: None of the 4 major product categories have a link to the sites home page. If you go to the 4 product pages you will probably miss out on other casino opportunities located elsewhere.
  • Red and Classic Casinos: Once you leave the home page, you usually have to guess how to get to the Classic casino. At least the color scheme in the Red casino is actually red.
  • SportsBook – The ‘casino’ link goes to the Red Casino (with RTG games). There is no link to the Classic Casino (with WGS Games) from this area.
  • Poker: Here, the ‘casino’ link goes to the games offered in the poker room itself. There are no links to either the Red Casino or the Classic Casino. In my opinion, the casino games in this section are the newest and best on the entire site.
  • Red Casino: This is the only product place where you will find links to the other 3 major product categories. If you are looking for Live Dealer games you will have to already know that they are available in the software download because there is no mention of them here.
  • Classic Casino: This seems to be an orphan product since there is only 1 link to them in the other 3 products. If you originally come to this casino page, you might never know that there is poker, sports betting and anohter whole set of casino game options on the same site.

Site Speed: There is almost nothing as frustrating as waiting for a casino site to respond. As a player, the only slow down I have encountered is the normal time it takes to load new games in the Red Casino software download. Indeed, the google page speed indicators showed very good speed ratings, especially considering the complexity of the contents. On a scale of 0 to 100, the speed for desktop and mobile access for each category were EveryGame home page 96/44, Poker 94/67, Sports 87/41, Red Casino 86/65, and Classic Casino 83/32.

Security: SSL security provides a better level of encryption than regular internet site access. EveryGame and all of its components scored a grade of “B” on SSL Labs report which indicates valid certificates and a passing grade.

Safety: The Norton Safe Web Report rates them as “caution”. This is not an alarming rating and merely shows that there are some minor “threats and annoyances”.

Licensing: The poker section indicates that they are “Incorporated and licensed in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles”. However, there is no certificate information listed or available from support. Support also maintains that “Our Casino is licensed by Gaming Regulators in all of the countries in which it operates”. This is not as good as providing a link to the appropriate(s), but at least there is a semblance of licensing. I do not like the way this and other online casinos seem to get evasive and cagey when discussing licensing. But in my opinion, licenses from Curacao and other places are of little real value when a dispute occurs. The casino’s reputation is a better reflection of the quality and reliability of a casino’s operation.

Responsible Gaming: The casino and players both have an obligation to participate in responsible gambling. As explained more fully in the Sportsbook section, players should be self-aware of any issues of self-control and can email responsiblegaming@everygame.eu to discuss any issues that they might have. As part of this process, players can decide to set limits on their gambling or to totally self-exclude themselves.

Clarity of Terms: I and some other players would like to see more details when presented with a bonus offer. It seems that the casino has a lot more internal control mechanisms in place than those advertised on the site. This is as it should be to prevent bonus abuse and money laundering activities. But there could be a lot more disclosures than what is currently presented. In particular: wagering requirements (WR) for deposits without bonuses and withdrawal penalties for not satisfying the WR.

In the poker section, they also state that they have “three different types of no-deposit bonuses”. In reality, these are not the ‘no deposit bonuses’ as normally understood by the average casino player. A typical ‘no-deposit bonus’ is a real money bonus (credit), sometimes called a ‘free chip’, that is usually given to prospective players in order to get them to register to play. They may also be offered to registered and previously deposited players to promote special events like a new game. The common element is that to get the actual bonus, no deposit is needed at that time. However At EveryGame, their so-called “no deposit bonus” is actually a rewards bonus that is earned by accumulating Frequent Player Points (FPP) and Gold Chips. While technically no deposit is needed at that time, they must be earned rather than freely given out to anyone to is eligible.

EveryGames Classic and Red casinos do occasionally offer special limited-time no deposit bonuses to welcome in new games. But they do not have a standard free chip offer for new players.

Variety of Games: To call yourself “Every Game” you really should have as many different kinds of games as possible. One large gap in the selection of games offered would be live bingo games. Since there are 4 main product areas, with no interactivity, and three separate areas where you can slot games, it would not seem to be hard to add a fifth major product category for bingo.

Quality of Games: This area relates mostly to casino games quality. In a real sense, the Classic casino is a separate WGS games site, the Red casino is a separate RTG games site and the Poker site includes a mix of casino games from various different game providers. While the RTG and WGS games do add new titles occasionally, the poker site clearly has the most diverse and high-quality new casino games.

Access: Playing games with mobile devices is just as fast and easy as using desktops and laptops. The poker site can also be accessed with standard internet browsers as well as from a PC and MAC poker client software download.

Help

Finding the answers yourself however might be a little more difficult due to the site’s haphazard organization. At the bottom of the home page, you will find various links that direct you to the Sportsbook for details that include: About, Contact, Help Desk, Forgot Password, Special Offers, Next Games, Results, Press, Rules, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming. The Affiliates, Gamblers Anonymous, and Cybersitter links are the only ones that send you elsewhere.

The “Contact” link directs you to the page with email support addresses, a live chat icon and a password reset link. The typical player is not concerned with “general information” nor the “privacy policy”. So to spare you the boredom of browsing through it, I have a separate post with a summary of those terms. However, Sports bettors would be well advised to check out the actual site details on the various betting types.

EveryGame Alternatives and Comparisons

Alternatives and Comparisons

EveryGame is surely not the only online casino that welcomes players from the USA that has an all-in-one account experience. The nearest competitor to EveryGame is Bovada! But how do they compare? After a thorough review of Bovada, I can reliably speak to the comparative pros and cons of EveryGame vs Bovada.

EveryGame vs Bovada

  • Products Offered: Both EveryGame and Bovada provide sport betting, poker and casino games. Neither one has live bingo. Bovada’s Pai Wang Luo poker network is busier than EveryGame’s Horizon network. But even the poker site in EveryGame has hundreds more slot and table games than in all of Bovada. Bovada however does has the edge for Live Dealer casino game options, plus you can clearly find them and play them without bothering to download software.
  • Bonuses: EveryGame clearly loves their bonuses and promotions and has many more specials. Their new player Poker and Casino bonuses are far superior. The EveryGame sports bonuses is a 200% match up to $100 offer compared to Bovada’a 50% to $250 offer (your choice). Neither offers real no-deposit-bonuses. Bovada is the only one that offers a true refer-a-friend bonus.
  • Rewards Programs: Both have player rewards programs but the Bovada levels are more defined. EveryGame’s actually has 3 separate loyalty programs due to 4 distinct product setup.
  • Reputation and Reliabilty: Both have great reputations for payouts, but there are more complaints, questions and discussions regarding Bovada.
  • Deposits and Withdrawals: EveryGame has more options for both depositing and withdrawing. But their maximum withdrawal limt per week is €5,000 using an EU bank transfer. Bovada realistically offers only two convinient withdrawal options via Bitcoin and check by courier. But for high rollers, Bovada does let you withdraw more faster with up to $9,500 every three days using Bitcoin.
  • Player Experience: If you value ‘looks’ over ‘form’ then Bovada is the clear winner with a modern and interactive site. But for the sheer number and quality of casino games, EveryGame is by far the winner!

More Alternatives

  • Bingo: If you are looking for those missing bingo games, USA & CA players can alternately signup at CyberBingo where you will get live bingo and plenty of high-quality slots. But they do not have poker, sports betting, or table games (except for a few video poker options)! Another good bingo option is Bingo Billy with a standard $30 no deposit bingo bonus.
  • Slots: Another USA player-friendly casino with plenty of slots, but no poker or sports betting is SuperSlots. They even have a Red Casino and a Black Casino with different Live Dealer casino games as well as additional ‘hidden’ slots. Their $6,000 new player bonus is also slightly larger than the $5,555 offer from EveryGame.
  • Big Slot Bonuses: If you are looking for a big slot bonus, then Bovada’s sister site Slots LV (review) has the same slots and table games but with a $7,500 new player Bitcoin bonus.
  • RTG Games: Continuing along down the line, the Lucky Hippo has a 300% new player bonus package worth $9,000 to play RTG games and overwhelm the Red Casino competition. Another good game and bonus option is Slotocash with its 400% match worth up to $4000 package.
  • WGS Games: The Red Stag casino offers WGS and Dragon Gaming games with a $2,500 bonus package and $10,000 tournaments. One more good competitor to the Classic Casino is the Miami Club Casino with another 400% $4,000 offer.
  • International Players: All those German players that need a new home may well be VERY pleased with the expanded selection of games that will find at BetWinner. They will accept most players, except for the US and UK. For UK players, you can get a new player bonus packacg worth £700 from the UK Casino Club.

Sure, there are some gaps in the games offered and not a very cohesive navigation structure, but Every Game seems to provide the quality and reputation needed for a highly recommended casino site.

From 1996 to 2021 EveryGame was known around the world as Intertops. But now we enter a new chapter in the ongoing changes and improvements to online gambling with a new name and a clearer understanding of just what you have come to expect with a reliable, secure, trustworthy, and quality playing experience.
